Overview
MS2304Lxxx is a synchronous boost DC-DC converter featuring a standby current as low as 15uA and conversion efficiency up to 93%. It employs a fixed on-time PFM control scheme that automatically reduces switching frequency under light-load conditions to maintain high efficiency. With only three external components, the device steps up a lower battery input voltage to the required operating voltage. Through proprietary control technology, it achieves output voltage regulation while drawing only 15uA of input current, making it particularly suitable for applications with stringent battery life requirements. The product is available in SOT23, SOT23-5, and SOT-89-3 packages.
