Overview
MS2359DT is a high-efficiency 1.5MHz synchronous buck DC-DC converter capable of delivering up to 1.2A in forced PWM mode, featuring COT control with fast transient response. MS2359DT integrates high-side and low-side switches with low on-resistance RDS(ON) to minimize conduction losses. The 1.5MHz switching frequency enables low output voltage ripple and reduced external inductor and capacitor size. MS2359DT requires a minimal number of common standard external components and is available in a RoHS-compliant 6-pin SOT23-6 package.
