Overview
MS2451DJ-LF-Z is a monolithic step-down switching mode converter with an integrated power MOSFET. The device delivers up to 600mA output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. Under light-load conditions, the regulator operates at reduced frequency to maintain high efficiency and low output ripple. The minimum input voltage is as low as 4.5V, with a maximum of 60V, and it can withstand higher transient voltages. Fault protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. The MS2451DJ-LF-Z requires minimal standard external components and is available in a SOT23-6 package.
