Overview
MS6327 is a high-efficiency, 600kHz switching frequency, synchronous step-down DC-DC converter with constant on-time control mode, capable of delivering up to 3A output current. The device integrates both the main switch and synchronous switch with ultra-low R_DS(ON), helping to minimize conduction losses. The 600kHz switching frequency enables low output voltage ripple and reduces the required external inductor and capacitor sizes. Its constant on-time architecture is designed to provide fast transient response for step-down applications with high input voltages. The MS6327 requires a minimal number of standard external components and is available in a RoHS-compliant 6-pin SOT23-6 package.
