Overview
MS7208ABC is a constant-frequency, current-mode controlled six-pin SOT-23 boost converter designed for small, low-power applications. The device operates at a switching frequency of 1.2MHz, allowing the use of miniature, low-cost capacitors and inductors with a height of 2mm or less. The internal soft-start function reduces inrush current and extends battery life. MS7208ABC features automatic switchover to pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode under light-load conditions. The device incorporates undervoltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection to prevent damage during output overload conditions. MS7208ABC is available in a compact six-pin SOT-23 package.
