MST1172TQ-A is an ASIC designed for electric bicycle and motorcycle flasher controllers. With a DC withstand voltage up to 45V, it significantly enhances the reliability of flasher controllers. The solution is straightforward, substantially reducing solution cost, improving production efficiency, lowering product failure rate, and enhancing product quality. MST1172TQ-A is compatible with existing series-connected circuit designs. Flash control functionality can be achieved by simply connecting it in series with the turn signal power supply line, offering convenient application. MST1172TQ-A features a built-in fixed-frequency oscillator with comprehensive temperature and voltage compensation, ensuring the system maintains accurate flash frequency and stable uniform operation across different application environments. This enables the flasher controller system to achieve a qualitative improvement in overall performance compared to conventional discrete component solutions. Multiple built-in protection mechanisms prevent damage to the flasher controller and related power supply lines on the electric bicycle under certain abnormal conditions, with automatic protection release once normal operation resumes. This improves the inherent reliability of the flasher controller while reducing the overall rework rate of the electric bicycle.
