MST8A10AXKP is a high-voltage, high-performance asynchronous step-down DC-DC converter with a wide input voltage range of 9V to 100V. The device integrates a high-side NMOS with an on-resistance of only 400mΩ, capable of delivering a continuous load current of up to 1A and achieving a peak efficiency of up to 92%. It features excellent line and load transient response, along with multiple protection mechanisms including short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and over-temperature protection. The output can be easily enabled or disabled by controlling the logic level of the EN pin. The product is available in an ESOP8 package with an exposed thermal pad on the bottom.
