Overview
MSTLV61048DBVR is a fixed-frequency, 6-pin SOT-23 current-mode boost converter designed for small, low-power applications. The device operates at a switching frequency of 1.2MHz, enabling the use of miniature, low-cost capacitors and inductors with a height of 2mm or less. Internal soft-start reduces inrush current and extends battery life. The MSTLV61048DBVR features automatic switchover to pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode under light load conditions. The device integrates UVLO, current limiting, and thermal overload protection to prevent damage during output overload. The MSTLV61048DBVR is available in a compact 6-pin SOT-23 package.
