Overview
MSTLV61220DBVR is a high-efficiency current-mode synchronous boost converter that operates from single or dual alkaline cell supplies, with input voltages as low as 0.9V. The output voltage is adjustable up to 5.5V via an external resistive voltage divider. Under light-load conditions, MSTLV61220DBVR enters power-save mode to maintain high efficiency. It features true output disconnection, allowing VOUT to drop to zero volts at shutdown without drawing any current from the input source. MSTLV61220DBVR integrates a 0.5Ω N-channel MOSFET switch and a 0.6Ω P-channel synchronous rectifier, eliminating the need for an external Schottky diode. The device is available in a SOT-23-6 package.
