The MSY8121BABC is a fully integrated, high-efficiency 2.0A synchronous rectification buck converter. The device achieves high efficiency across a wide output current load range. It offers two operating modes: PWM control and PFM mode switching control, enabling high efficiency over a wider load range. The MSY8121BABC requires a minimal number of common standard external components and is available in a RoHS-compliant 6-pin SOT23-6 package.
