Overview

MT3410LB is a high-efficiency, high-frequency synchronous step-down DC-DC regulator IC capable of delivering up to 1.3A output current. The MT3410LB operates over a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6V and integrates both main and synchronous switches with ultra-low on-resistance RDS(ON) to minimize conduction losses. It is ideal for powering portable devices running from a single-cell Li+ battery. The output voltage can be as low as 0.6V. The MT3410LB also supports low dropout operation at 100% duty cycle to extend battery life in portable systems. The device offers two operating modes — PWM mode and PFM mode switching control — achieving high efficiency across a wide load range. The MT3410LB is available in a low-profile 5-pin SOT package with an adjustable output version.
