MUX508IDR

The MUX508 and MUX509 (MUX50x) are modern CMOS analog multiplexers (mux). The MUX508 provides 8:1 single-ended channels, while the MUX509 provides 4:1 differential channels or dual 4:1 single-ended channels. The MUX508 and MUX509 operate from dual supplies (±5V to ±18V) or single supplies (10V to 36V). Both devices are guaranteed to perform excellently when powered by symmetric supplies (e.g., VDD = 12V, VSS = -12V) as well as asymmetric supplies (e.g., VDD = 12V, VSS = -5V). All digital inputs feature TTL-compatible thresholds, which ensure compatibility with both TTL and CMOS logic when the device operates within the valid supply voltage range. The MUX508 and MUX509 multiplexers feature very low on- and off-state leakage currents, enabling high-input-impedance source signals to be switched with minimal error. The device draws as little as 45μA supply current, making it suitable for portable applications with VTT discharge.
