Overview

MX1210HV integrates a highly integrated current-mode PWM controller and high-voltage startup module, optimized for high-performance, low standby power, and wide output voltage range PD adapter solutions. The circuit is also compatible with cost-effective offline flyback converter applications, covering a wide output range. At full load, the IC operates in fixed-frequency mode. As the load decreases, it operates in green mode with valley switching, achieving high power conversion efficiency across the entire load range. Extended burst mode control significantly reduces standby power consumption, helping designs easily meet international energy efficiency requirements. MX1210HV provides comprehensive protection features, including cycle-by-cycle current limiting, overload protection, over-temperature protection, output short-circuit protection, and output and VDD overvoltage protection. Excellent EMI performance is achieved through proprietary frequency shuffling technology, minimizing tonal energy below 22kHz to avoid audio noise during operation. MX1210HV is available in an SOP8 package.
