Overview
The MPX series capacitors feature a metallized polypropylene film non-inductive winding construction, with tin-plated copper-clad steel leads soldered to the metallized end-spray layer of the capacitor core. The capacitor body is encapsulated in a UL94V-0 flame-retardant plastic case with flame-retardant epoxy resin. MPX series capacitors are widely used in interference suppressors and across-the-line capacitor circuits. Suitable for applications where capacitor failure does not present an electric shock hazard.
