It integrates up to 512KB Flash, 144KB SRAM, 4x12-bit 5Msps ADC, 4 operational amplifiers, 7 analog comparators, 2x1Msps 12-bit DAC, support for up to 24-channel capacitive touch keys, multiple U(S)ART, I2C, SPI, QSPI, USB, and CAN communication interfaces, 1x SDIO interface, and a built-in cryptographic algorithm hardware acceleration engine.
