Overview
NSC1002 is a low-noise charge pump DC/DC controller capable of generating positive and negative voltages simultaneously. It operates with an input voltage range of 2.3V ~ 3.8V and output voltage ranges of 4.5V ~ 6V and -4.5V ~ -6V. With a simple peripheral circuit design, it is well-suited for compact battery-powered applications. The output voltage of NSC1002 is adjustable based on the operating mode, supporting three modes — X1.5, X2, and X3 — where the output voltage is a multiple of the supply voltage. This product is available in a space-saving DFN-12 package.
