Overview
SUPERFET III MOSFET is a new high-voltage super-junction (SJ) MOSFET series utilizing charge balance technology, featuring excellent low on-resistance and low gate charge performance. This advanced technology is designed to minimize conduction losses, deliver superior switching performance, and withstand extremely high dv/dt rates. As a result, SUPERFET III MOSFETs are ideal for a wide range of power supply systems demanding miniaturization and higher efficiency. The body diode of SUPERFET III FRFET MOSFETs is optimized for excellent reverse recovery performance, eliminating the need for additional components and improving system reliability. The Power88 package is an ultra-thin SMT package (height: 1 mm) with a low-profile, small footprint (8x8 mm²). SUPERFET III MOSFETs in the Power88 package deliver superior switching performance due to low parasitic source inductance and separate power and drive sources. The Power88 package has a moisture sensitivity level of MSL 1.
