Overview

OB2365x integrates a dedicated current-mode PWM controller with a high-voltage power MOSFET. It is optimized for high-performance, low standby power, and cost-effective offline flyback converter applications. The device provides comprehensive auto-recovery protection features, including cycle-by-cycle current limiting, overload protection, VCC undervoltage lockout, and internal over-temperature protection. Excellent EMI performance is achieved through proprietary frequency jitter technology. Audio energy below 23kHz is minimized by design, eliminating audible noise during operation. OB2365x is available in an SOP8 package.
