Overview

OC5800L is a switching buck DC-DC converter compatible with a wide input voltage range. The chip integrates a built-in 100V/5A power MOSFET. OC5800L adopts fixed-frequency PWM peak current mode control, featuring low standby power consumption, fast transient response, and excellent line and load regulation. The typical switching frequency is 140KHz. Under light load conditions, the switching frequency is automatically reduced to achieve high conversion efficiency. OC5800L supports both constant voltage output and constant current output. OC5800L integrates soft-start, over-temperature protection, output short-circuit protection, and current limiting protection to enhance system reliability.
