OC6700B

OC6700B is a boost-type high-power LED constant-current driver IC with an integrated 60V power NMOS, offering high efficiency and high accuracy. The IC employs a fixed off-time control scheme, where the off-time is adjustable via an external capacitor, allowing the operating frequency to be configured per user requirements. By adjusting the external current sense resistor, the drive current of high-brightness LEDs can be controlled to achieve the desired constant luminance. Applying a PWM signal to the EN pin enables LED dimming. The IC integrates a VDD Zener regulator, soft-start, and over-temperature protection circuitry, helping to reduce external component count and improve system reliability. OC6700B is available in an ESOP8 package, with the exposed pad internally connected to the SW pin.
