Overview

OC7141 is a linear buck LED constant-current driver with PWM dimming capability. Only one external resistor and one NMOS transistor are required to form a complete LED constant-current driving circuit. The output current can be adjusted by varying the external resistor, with an adjustable range of 10mA to 3000mA. OC7141 features built-in over-temperature protection to effectively protect the IC and MOSFET from damage due to overheating. OC7141 has very low quiescent current, with a typical value of 60μA. OC7141 supports PWM dimming, allowing LED current adjustment by applying a PWM signal to the DIM pin. OC7141 is available in a SOT-23-5 package.
