Overview

The PTN78060 is a series of high-efficiency, step-down integrated switching regulators (ISR). Operating from a wide-input voltage range, the PTN78060 provides high-efficiency, step-down voltage conversion for loads of up to 3 A. The output voltage can be set to any value over a wide adjustment range using a single external resistor. The PTN78060 has undervoltage lockout, an integral on/off inhibit, and includes an output current limit and overtemperature protection. It is well suited to a wide variety of general-purpose applications that operate off 12-V, 24-V, or 28-V DC power.
