The PY32F003 series MCUs are based on a high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+ core, supporting a wide operating voltage range. They feature up to 32Kbytes of flash and 4Kbytes of SRAM, with a maximum operating frequency of 32MHz. The series offers multiple products in various package types. On-chip peripherals include multiple I2C, SPI, and USART interfaces, a 1-channel 12-bit ADC, five 16-bit timers, and 2 comparators. The PY32F003 series operates over a temperature range of -40°C~85°C and a supply voltage range of 1.7V~5.5V. Sleep and stop low-power modes are supported to address diverse low-power application requirements.
