Overview
The QN431 series ICs are three-terminal shunt regulators guaranteed to be thermally stable over the entire operating range. These ICs feature very sharp turn-on characteristics, low temperature coefficient, and low output impedance, making them ideal replacements for Zener diodes in applications such as switching power supplies, chargers, and other adjustable regulators. The QN431 is specifically suited for industrial applications. The QN431 operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The QN431 precision voltage reference offers a reference voltage tolerance of 0.3% to 1.0% at 25°C.
