The QX2303 series is a high-efficiency, low-ripple, high-frequency PFM boost DC-DC converter. With only four external components, it steps up a low battery input voltage to the required operating voltage, making it ideal for portable applications powered by 1–4 standard batteries. The circuit employs a high-performance, low-power reference voltage architecture with trimming techniques applied during production to ensure high output voltage accuracy and low temperature drift. Output voltage accuracy is better than ±2.5%, with a peak efficiency of up to 89%.
