RMUX1309XTSS16

The RMUX1309 device features internal injection current control, which clamps input signals within the supply voltage range without requiring the external diodes and resistor networks typically used with conventional protection switches. This internal injection current control circuit allows voltages on disabled signal paths to exceed the supply voltage without affecting the signal integrity of enabled paths. In addition, the RMUX1309 device has no internal diode paths to the supply pins, eliminating the risk of damaging components connected to the supply pins or back-powering the supply rails. All logic inputs feature 1.8V logic-compatible thresholds, providing simultaneous compatibility with both TTL and CMOS logic levels when operating within valid supply voltages. The failsafe logic circuit supports control pin voltages being applied prior to the supply pins, protecting the device from potential damage.
