Overview

RS2266 is a bidirectional dual-channel single-pole single-throw (SPST) analog switch operating over a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. The RS2266 can handle both analog and digital signals, featuring high bandwidth (300MHz) and low on-resistance (4.5Ω typical). Each switch section has its own input enable control pin SEL; applying a high voltage to SEL turns on the corresponding switch section. Applications include signal gating, chopping, modulation or demodulation (modem), and signal multiplexing in analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog conversion systems.
