Overview
The RS34XX-Q1 is a family of low-noise, low-drift, very high precision voltage references. These references are capable of both sinking and sourcing current, and have excellent line and load regulation. Excellent temperature drift (10 ppm/°C) and high accuracy (0.05%) are achieved using proprietary design techniques with 150uA(typical) quiescent current. These features, combined with low noise, make the RS34XX-Q1 family ideal for use in high-precision data acquisition systems. The RS34XX-Q1 is available in Green SOT23-6 packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
