Overview
RY9121E is a high-frequency, synchronous rectification, step-down switching converter with integrated power MOSFETs. It delivers 2A continuous output current over a wide input voltage range with excellent load and line regulation. The ECOT control mode provides ultra-fast transient response, simplified loop design, and tight output regulation. The device requires minimal external components and comes in a space-saving SOT23-6 package.
