Overview

RY9125E is a high-frequency, synchronous rectified, step-down switching mode converter with integrated power MOSFETs. It delivers 2A continuous output current over a wide input voltage range with excellent load and line regulation. The ECOT control mode provides ultra-fast transient response, simplifies loop design, and achieves tight output regulation. The RY9125E requires minimal external components and is available in a space-saving SOT23-6 package.
