SA series is specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients caused by lightning strikes and other transient voltage events.

Applications

• TVS devices are ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, Vcc buses, and other susceptible circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics applications.
