Overview

The SA23002A is a high-efficiency synchronous buck converter capable of delivering 2A output current from an input voltage range of 2.8V to 5.5V. It integrates internal power MOSFETs to provide a resistor-configurable output voltage ranging from 0.6V to the input voltage. The fixed 2.35MHz switching frequency allows the use of smaller external inductors and capacitors. The SA23002A is available in a DFN 2mm×2mm-8 package.
