SCT2600TVBR

SCT2600 is a 0.6A step-down converter with a wide input voltage range (4.5V to 60V), integrating a 500mΩ high-side MOSFET. The device employs peak current mode control with pulse-skip modulation support, and its 80µA low quiescent current enables high efficiency under light-load or standby conditions. SCT2600 features a fixed 2.1MHz switching frequency to minimize external passive component size and reduce output ripple. An 80ns minimum on-time supports power conversion from high input to low output voltages, as well as low-dropout operation with small input-to-output voltage differentials. The device provides a fixed 6ms soft-start time to prevent inrush current during output voltage ramp-up, and integrates internal compensation to minimize external component count. SCT2600 offers cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal shutdown protection, output overvoltage protection, and input undervoltage lockout. The device is available in a TSOT23-6L package.
