Overview
SDH8322S is a current-mode PWM controller with an integrated high-voltage MOSFET for switching power supplies. The SDH8322S features a built-in high-voltage startup circuit. Under light load conditions, it enters hiccup mode to effectively reduce system standby power consumption. A frequency reduction function further optimizes conversion efficiency under light load. A soft-start function reduces device stress and prevents transformer saturation. The SDH8322S also integrates protection functions for various fault conditions, including: VDD undervoltage protection, VDD overvoltage protection, leading-edge blanking, overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, and more. Once protection is triggered, the circuit automatically restarts repeatedly until the system returns to normal operation.
