Overview

SE3578 is a current-mode high-efficiency synchronous boost converter IC. It regulates output voltage using fixed-frequency 500kHz pulse-width modulation control. The integrated high-side power MOSFET features an on-resistance as low as 42mΩ, and the low-side power MOSFET as low as 39mΩ. It provides a high-efficiency solution for applications powered by lithium batteries with 5V output.
