Overview
The chip features a +5.1V reference voltage with 1% accuracy. Since the reference voltage falls within the input common-mode range of the error amplifier, no external resistors are required. The UMW 3525 can operate in master-slave mode and supports synchronization with an external clock. Dead time is adjustable via a resistor connected between CT and the discharge pin. Additional internal functional circuits include soft-start, shutdown, and undervoltage protection. The output stage of this control IC features a high-power totem-pole output with both source and sink currents exceeding 150mA, providing NOR logic levels and a low level in the "shutdown" state.
