Overview
The SGM2058 is a negative-output charge pump with an internal adjustable regulator. The input voltage range is 2.3V to 5.5V, and the unregulated output equals -VIN. For the regulated output of the SGM2058, it equals -VCTL, ranging from 0V to -VIN. The SGM2058's internal soft-start circuit reduces inrush current. For the application, four ceramic capacitors are required with no inductors needed, suitable for powering optical modules, RF amplifier biasing, and sensors. The SGM2058 is available in a Green TQFN-1.8×1.4-10L package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
