SGM2554AYN5G/TR

The SGM2554 is a single-channel power distribution switch. The switch operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.2V to 5.5V and is controlled by the EN pin. It can be used in USB power distribution applications. The device integrates an N-MOSFET with an on-resistance of 95mΩ. The small size and low quiescent current make the device ideal for space-constrained battery-powered applications. The device features multiple protection functions, including soft-start, 1.85A current limiting, and thermal shutdown. The internal reverse voltage protection function protects devices on the switch input side. The SGM2554 is available in a RoHS-compliant SOT-23-5 package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
