SGM3804-0YG/TR

The SGM3804 generates positive and negative precision regulated power supplies using a patent-pending single-inductor dual-output converter control scheme. Output voltages are programmable from 2.4V to 6.4V in 100mV steps, making it well suited for LCD and AMOLED display drivers, as well as any other circuits requiring dual supply rails with asymmetric loads. The device features an I²C interface. The input voltage range is 2.7V to 5.5V, optimized for 100mA loads in boost-inverting mode, and can also operate in buck-inverting mode. The SGM3804 is available in a green WLCSP-1.7×1.51-12B package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
