The SGM6505 is a 6-bit 2:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer designed to operate from a 2V to 5V single supply. The SGM6505 can control the transmission of digital and analog signals up to VCC in either direction. The SGM6505 contains two control pins (IN1 and IN2) and one enable pin. Each control pin can simultaneously and independently control three 2:1 multiplexers. The device supports 1.8V logic threshold compatibility and backward compatibility (2.5V and 3.3V logic thresholds) for the control pins. When the enable pin is set high, all outputs are in a high-impedance state. The SGM6505 can control two different audio/video signals, providing users with greater application flexibility. The SGM6505 is available in RoHS-compliant TSSOP-24 and TQFN-4x4-24L packages, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
