SGM66051-ADJYTN6G/TR

The SGM66051 is an internally compensated, 1.1MHz switching frequency, current-mode synchronous boost switching regulator capable of delivering 1A load current at 5V output from a 3.3V supply rail. A 5.1V fixed output voltage version is also available. The device enters a power-save mode by reducing the switching frequency to maintain high efficiency. Its anti-ringing circuit damps charge in parasitic capacitances, significantly reducing EMI. During shutdown, its rectification circuit disconnects the output, eliminating input-to-output leakage. The SGM66051-5.1 features a preset 5.1V output, while the SGM66051-ADJ allows output voltage programming via an external resistor divider. The device is available in a Green TSOT-23-6 package and operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
