Overview

SN3948 is a boost converter operating in PFM mode. It employs an external NMOS transistor, and the output current can be stabilized up to 2A by adjusting the external current-sensing resistor, making it suitable for various high-power LED array applications. SN3948 supports a wide input voltage range of 5V - 100V via external resistors. The built-in OVP function prevents circuit damage caused by open-load conditions, and the output current can be adjusted freely between 0 - 100% by controlling the PWM signal duty cycle. SN3948 requires no loop compensation, resulting in superior system stability.
