SN6501QDBVRQ1

The SN6501-Q1 is a monolithic oscillator/power driver specifically designed for small form-factor isolated power supplies in isolated interface applications. This device can drive the primary of a thin center-tapped transformer from a 3.3V or 5V direct current (DC) power supply. Depending on the turns ratio of the transformer, the secondary of the transformer can be wound to provide any isolation voltage. The SN6501-Q1 includes an oscillator followed by a gate drive circuit, which provides compensated output signals to drive ground-referenced N-channel power switches. This internal logic circuit ensures the break-before-make operation between the two switches. The SN6501-Q1 comes in a small SOT-23 (5) package and is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
