Overview

This device is a high-performance quad SPDT analog switch with a typical on-resistance of 4.0Ω at 4.5V VCC. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.3V to 4.5V and features break-before-make switching. Select inputs are TTL-level compatible. The device also incorporates intelligent circuitry that minimizes VCC leakage current even when the control voltage is below the VCC supply voltage. This feature makes it well-suited for mobile handheld applications, enabling direct connection to the general-purpose I/O of baseband processors for minimum battery drain. In other words, no additional components are required in the application to level-shift the control signals up to VCC.
