Overview

The 74LVC1G3157 is a low on-resistance (4.0Ω), fast SPDT CMOS switch operating over a +1.8V to +5.5V supply range. The device is designed for low supply voltage, high-current signal gating, chopping, modulation or demodulation (modem), and speaker output in mobile phone applications. The device features a Break-Before-Make (BBM) function. The control input IN can withstand input drive signals up to 5.5V, independent of the supply voltage. All devices operate over a temperature range of -10°C to +125°C. The 74LVC1G3157 single-channel version is available in environmentally friendly SC70-6 and SOT23-6 packages.
