Overview
SSP9301 is a compact 5V step-down converter capable of delivering 1A output current. The device employs a proprietary control loop to achieve fast transient load response while maintaining high conversion efficiency under both light and heavy load conditions. SSP9301 features multiple protection functions, including input overvoltage protection, output short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and over-temperature protection. The device integrates a power tree generator, bandgap voltage reference, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), error amplifier, protection circuit, gate driver, current sensing module, and two power MOSFETs. SSP9301 is available in a SOT23-5 package.
