Overview
SSP9302 is a compact 5V buck converter capable of delivering 1A output current. The device employs a proprietary control loop to achieve fast transient load response, maintaining high conversion efficiency under both light and heavy loads. SSP9302 features multiple protection functions, including input overvoltage protection, output short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, and overtemperature protection. It integrates a power tree generator, bandgap voltage reference module, UVLO module, error amplifier, protection circuit, gate driver module, current sensing module, and two power MOSFETs. SSP9302 is available in a SOT23-5 package.
