Overview

The SSP9322 is a high-frequency, synchronous rectified step-down switching power converter with integrated low on-resistance power MOSFETs, capable of delivering 2A continuous output current over a wide input voltage range with excellent load and line regulation. The COT PSM control operation provides fast transient response and simplified loop design while ensuring tight output voltage regulation. Only a few standard external components are required, housed in a space-saving SOT23-6 package.
