SSP9481

SSP9481 is a monolithic buck switching mode converter with an integrated power MOSFET. Current mode operation provides fast transient response and simplifies loop stabilization. The wide input voltage range (4.5V to 80V) delivers 1A output current with high efficiency. A 0.1μA low shutdown quiescent current makes it suitable for battery-powered applications. Fault protection includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. SSP9481 is a 480KHz current mode buck switching regulator with an integrated internal high-voltage power MOSFET. The internal error amplifier output is proportional to the peak inductor current; the feedback signal is compared against an internal reference voltage of 0.812V to regulate the output voltage. It features a wide input voltage range and precise current limiting. The low operating quiescent current characteristic makes it suitable for battery-powered applications.
