Overview

SY6912A is a multi-cell synchronous buck Li-ion battery charger with a 4.0–23V input voltage and 2A output current, designed for portable applications. A select pin enables multi-cell battery charging. The 800kHz synchronous buck regulator integrates 25V-rated MOSFETs with ultra-low RDS(on) for high efficiency and simplified circuit design.
